Indonesia is one of the countries severely impacted by COVID-19. The role of nurses in the context of the pandemic is crucial. Nurses' knowledge of COVID-19 is essential, as well as their positive attitude towards preventive measures. This study aims to analyze the relationship between knowledge, attitude, and the implementation of COVID-19 preventive actions among nurses. Method: This study uses a quantitative design with a correlational analytical approach. The sample in this study consists of 100 nurses. The sample selection was conducted using random sampling techniques. Results: The average knowledge score of the respondents was 92.5%, indicating a very good understanding of COVID-19 preventive actions. The attitude resulted in an average score of 95.33%, reflecting high optimism among nurses regarding the control and management of the COVID-19 pandemic. The average score for preventive actions was 96.66%, showing excellent compliance with health protocols. Conclusion: Although there were variations in demographics such as age, gender, and length of employment, these factors were not significantly related to the implementation of preventive actions. Correct knowledge was found to be related to better implementation of preventive actions, while nurses' attitudes did not show a significant influence on the implementation of health protocols. Overall, nurses at RSUD Labuang Baji demonstrated a high readiness to implement COVID-19 preventive actions post-pandemic, reflecting the success of the training and education provided to them.
